Our Inspection Lab C is conveniently accessable at the front main aisles. This allows us to verify work during and after each processing operation.
Turned and milled parts then proceed down one of five production aisles D which provides direct access to many custom and pre-setup production processes. Such as hobbing, shaping, slotting and broaching the machinery, used in each of these processes and are grouped in common areas and staffed with specialized technicians. This allows for high production throughout while maintaining quality and an organized product flow during manufacturing. Customized inspection stations are located in each of the aisles. These stations are equipped with instruments that are typically needed to assure production standards are exceeded. Accessibility from both ends of the aisles allow technicians to quickly verify quality during various stages of gear manufacturing.
During the production cycle, each customer's parts are tracked for quality and schedule by our Supervisors Station. E
Any issues or concerns are addressed through our Business and Support Services Department. F Both the working supervisors and support services offices are located central to the plant for easy access to the production floor.
Even though parts are inspected before and during production, the final quality check is performed in the Inspection Lab. C Then finished parts are packed up for transport to our customers through the Shipping & Receiving Department. A
Sure, we can tout our large list of production equipment that we use to manufacture your parts. What's more important for you to understand is how we have structured our plant layout and gear constuction technologies to build your parts accurately and efficiently.
Here's How it Works
The map (pictured right) shows a block layout of our facility and defines key areas of the production steps.
Raw materials are brought in through our
Shipping & Receiving Department. A They are sorted and inventoried to assure we have the stock on hand to meet all our customer needs.
Stock is pulled for each production run and procedes first through our CNC Department B for turning and milling processing, since most parts need some level work completed before they are ready for their next production operation.
